Fiddlehead Farms, food (literally) for my addiction to fresh produce. A fiddlehead, by the way, is the tip of a fern. Edible, and honestly not too bad if sauteed in butter. I haven't seen them for sale since I moved here, but several years ago on a family vacation to Maine, we made the discovery and actually tried to cook some for ourselves. It was a nice try at least. The flavor was a little like asparagus...
