In the spirit of this blog, Casey showed up at my office door on the Monday after my birthday, bearing gifts that you can only find in New Hampshire: a very tasty bottle of wine (that I did manage to wait to try until I got home), and some "creamed cheddar" which turned out to be very tasty as well, particularly on those little crackers.
